As far as my rates: I get $45/ hour for both ground/oral and flight instruction time. The aircraft rental is through Time Builders and another private individual at the Deland Airport. A Cessna 172 is available for $96 per hour(plus tax). Four activities a week / and a 10% discount for aircraft and service.
